My sincere condolences to family and friends, I knew Michael as (MAJ. MACHIAL C. BELL USAF DOCTOR ENT) when we were stationed in Thailand S. E. Asia during 1970. I had the greatest pleasure of meeting him about a medical problem. He conducted a medical nose procedure on me that turned out remarkably well,he and his nurse was so impressed that he retrieved a number of doctors and the General over the hospital to come examine his finished procedure or (trophy). They were all very impressed and congratulated him on his success. Michael was on cloud nine being so excited as I was. After they all had left the room he ask me if I was still interested in having my ears fixed, of course I said yes. He once again preformed his magic and achieved the unthinkable, I was never the same again,he transformed my life forever in how I looked and felt. About 10 to 15 years ago I was piddling on the computer and found a Doctor Michael Bell ENT in Sewickley Pa. out of curiosity I called the business and asked them if he was ever in the Air Force they said yes and I asked if it was Thailand ,they said yes I ask them to take a message that a fellow soldier that was over sea's with him had called; they put me on hold and he picked up the phone I ask him if he recalled preforming a remarkable procedure on a soldier over seas and he said that he remembered doing nose and ear surgery on a soldier that was very impressive. I then told him I was that soldier and he had changed my life forever changing me from egore to the prince. I could tell he was so excited over the phone call. When I returned home from S.E. Asia, people found it hard to believe it was really me, all of this was because of Michael, having the skill, knowledge and ability to do what he does best help people in need, he's on top of the list of all (ENT) Doctors in the nation! Michael will always be in my heart and soul, if their is a need for his help you can bet he will be there, with his wings soring the heavens. MAY GODS SPEED BE WITH YOU MICHAEL, SINCERELY 1SG TERRY SMART USARMY (RET.) and certified firefighter with 47 years service

To the family of Dr. Bell.
I struggled with nasal and sinus issues throughout my adolescence. We saw doctor after doctor but no one could provide any relief until I found Dr. Bell. Time and again he found ways to help me and just knowing his door was always open made me feel at ease. I'll always be grateful for to have had such an amazing doctor in my life.
