Zoe (Kovac) Marcenelle

Zoe Marcenelle, age 69 of Moon Township, passed away peacefully at home on Monday, November 3, 2025. She was the beloved wife of 33 years to the late Anthony Marcenelle, who preceded her in death in 2020. She is survived by her children, Christopher and Emily; her sisters Lori and Lynn, and her brother, Jeff.

Always optimistic and never unkind, Zoe brought comfort to everyone who knew her. She had a gift of making everyone feel welcome, and filled everyday life with warmth and kindness. She enjoyed her time outside on the deck, catching up with the neighbors, and walking with her best friend, Lucy.

Friends and family are invited to a viewing service to celebrate Zoe’s life at the R.D. Copeland Funeral Home, Inc., 981 Brodhead Road, Moon Twp on Thursday, November 6th from 5 – 8 pm. A prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, November 7th at 9:30am, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Margaret Mary Church at 10am. Interment will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in Zoe’s name can be made to the Mario Lemieux Foundation or the Alzheimer's Association
