William Howard Tumulty

William Howard Tumulty, 77, of Moon Township, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on June 20, 2025, surrounded by family who loved him.

Born on January 21, 1948, in Neville Island, Bill was a devoted husband, loving father, proud grandfather, and loyal friend. A man known for his honesty, integrity, and character, he built a life centered on family, steady guidance, and hard work.

Bill graduated from Neville High School and later worked as an electrician at Shenango Incorporated on Neville Island. He dedicated much of his life to the steel mill where he met and developed many friendships before retiring.

A stoic man, Bill enjoyed watching the Pittsburgh Steelers, Pittsburgh Pirates, and playing golf with his many friends. He found joy in coaching youth baseball for the Moon Little League Baseball Association and cheering his children and grandchildren on at their many sporting events.

He is survived by his beloved wife of 50 years Carol Tumulty; his brother Robert (Kathy) Tumulty, and his children Matthew (Mauri) Tumulty, William (Kelly) Tumulty; his grandchildren Isabella, Marcus, Carter, Chase, and Sadie who were the joy of his life; and brother-in-law Richard Gregorich.

He was proceeded in death by his parents Michael “Howard” and Martha Tumulty, and his sister Charlene Gregorich.
