William C. Fraser

William C. Fraser; Age 93, of Pottstown, Montoursville, Peters Twp, and most recently of Masonic Village of Sewickley, passed away on Thursday, March 14, 2024 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of 66 years to Barbara Fraser with whom he would have celebrated their 67th Anniversary on March 23, 2024. Cherished father of Sharon (Damian) Rose of State College, PA, David (Cathy) Fraser of Wilmington, NC, Robert (Michelle) Fraser of Gainesville, VA and Susan (Jamie) Young of Moon Twp. Brother of the late Margaret Stender. Grandfather of Damian Michael (Amy) Rose, Julianne (Dan) Browne, Derek (Heather) Rose, Lauren Fraser (Shazad), Kyle Fraser, Drew Fraser, Eric (Paulina) Fraser, Simon (Jess) Fraser, Olivia (John) Yu, Isabelle "Abby" Fraser, Nicole Young and Logan Young. Also survived by 8 great-grandchildren. Bill served his country in the United States Marines earning rank as Sergeant.  While serving, he attended and graduated from the Ursinus Liberal Arts College on the GI Bill with a degree in Business Administration. He worked for over 30 years in Pharmaceuticals both in Sales and Management.  Bill was recently honored for his 70 years of serving in the Masons. He also served as the Past President of Music for Mt. Lebanon School district. He and his wife Barbara were members of the New Bethlehem Presbyterian Church in Independence Twp. Bill enjoyed spending time with his family and friends and loved to vacation on Disney Cruises with family. While in skilled nursing for just a month at Masonic Village and under Gallagher Hospice for just a week, his family would like to thank and acknowledge the tireless efforts and exceptional care they provided during Bill’s last month.  Friends will be received at the R.D. Copeland Funeral Home, 981 Brodhead Rd, Moon Twp, on Friday, March 22nd from 4 - 8 PM and on Saturday, March 23rd from 11 am until the time of service at 12 Noon at the funeral home.  Interment will be PRIVATE.  A memorial service will be held on Sun, March 24th at 1:30 PM at Masonic Village of Sewickley. Donations can be made in honor of Bill to either Masonic Employee Appreciation fund at the Masonic Village of Sewickley or to New Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, 183 New Bethlehem Church Road, Aliquippa PA 15001.
