Vanessa (Davis) Oncken

Vanessa (Davis) Oncken; Age 69, of Coraopolis, passed away on Thursday, May 29th. Born November 23, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Ellwood Davis, Sr and Maureen (Coon) Davis. Beloved mother of Jonathan Oncken (fiance Kim Szemanski). Sister of Miriam Davis, David Davis, Daniel (Philana) Davis, the late Kathryn Davis, Glory McDonald, Ruth Pompey, and Ellwood Keel Davis, Jr. Also survived by former spouse James Oncken and many loving nieces and nephews. Vanessa was a proud registered nurse earning her degree from CCAC and working at UPMC Presbyterian for many years. She also took great pride in becoming an ordained minister 20 years ago. Visitation will be held at the R.D. Copeland Funeral Home, 867 5th Avenue, Coraopolis on Friday from 4 - 8 PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday at 11AM.
