Thomas Zito Obituary

Thomas Richard Zito, 72, passed away peacefully on May 24, 2020. Born in Niagara Falls, New York on June 30, 1947, he was the son of the late Dominic and Elizabeth Zito. Since 2012, he fought a hard, long battle with cancer and kidney disease and has remained positive and never complained. Tom was a Harley Davidson man and loved his pride and joy, his 1957 Panhead. He was an animal lover and loved birds, especially woodpeckers. He was an avid Steelers fan. Tom was the most humble, happy man and his infectious smile will be missed greatly by all who knew him. You did not leave him without a big hug and an “I love you.” Tom would do anything for anybody and had great love for all of his family and friends.

Tom is survived by his beloved wife Karen Zito, his fur children Pumpkin and Big Boy, siblings Diane Hazelet (Robert), Donna Zito, Russell Zito (Sharon), and Dominic Zito (Tammy), and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, and a great-great niece.

A celebration of life for Tom will be planned at a later date.
