Suzanne Irene Bradfield, 77, of Moon Township, passed away on Saturday, August 1, 2026. She was born in Vandergrift, Pennsylvania on July 24, 1949, one of seven children to the late Charles Williams and Janet (Kness) Williams. She grew up in Vandergrift, graduated from Kiski Area High School in 1967, and was a member of the United Methodist Church.
Suzanne married the love of her life, William Jesse Bradfield, on July 19, 1969, sharing 49 wonderful years together.
More than anything, Suzanne loved her family. She poured herself into her children and grandchildren, and her care for them was the center of her life. She was funny, kind, and blessed with a beautiful spirit and soul that touched everyone who met her. Some of her happiest days were spent at the family cabin in Cook Forest, surrounded by the people she loved most. She had a lifelong love of movies and music, and those who knew her will remember the warmth and joy she brought to every gathering.
Suzanne served as the office manager for Dr. Edward Carnevale, DPM, for 30 years before her retirement. But she couldn't sit still for long and went on to work part-time at JCPenney in Robinson.
Suzanne was preceded in death by her beloved husband, William Jesse Bradfield; her son, William Matthew Bradfield; her parents, Charles and Janet Williams; and her siblings, David Williams and Carla Kitchen.
She is survived by her daughter, Lori (Bradfield) Theodorsson, and son-in-law, Oli Theodorsson, of Moon Township, PA; her grandchildren, Oli and Emma Theodorsson of Moon Township, PA, Madison Bradfield of Shady Side, and William Jesse Bradfield II and Callie Bradfield of Natrona Heights, PA; her siblings, Lana (Stacy) Daugherty of Apollo, PA, Brenda (Richard) Policicchio of Orlando, FL, Donna (Arthur) Steinberg of Reston, VA, and Francis "Dede" (Steven) Lee of Selma, NC, and sister-in-law Becky (David) Williams of Haymarket, VA; and many loving nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Suzanne's name to the American Lung Association.
A celebration of Suzanne's life is being planned. Details will be shared at a later date.
