Steven P. Fiedler, 45, a life-long resident of Coraopolis, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, June 22, 2021. Steven was born in Kennedy Township on December 19, 1975, to Linda (Hupp) and the late Roy W. Fiedler. Beloved son of Linda (Hupp) and the late Roy W. Fiedler; loving brother of Kevin Fiedler (Marianne) of Whitehall and Terese Fiedler Hines (Kenneth) of Washington, PA; and a loving extended family. Steven was raised in Coraopolis, graduated from Montour High School, and attended Pittsburgh Technical Institute. Sensitive and intuitive, he was a well-respected aid for Robinson Development Center, where he was able to communicate with clients effectively and set up long-term relationships. Steven was a caregiver all of his life, caring for family and especially his Mom. He was a good friend to many and always thought more of others than himself. He will be greatly missed for his genuine nature and kindness. Steven, a great pet parent to Simon (King Charles Cavalier and Bichon mix) and Elmer the bulldog, was also an animal lover. Steven was also a gardener with an amazing green thumb. Visitation will be Saturday from 10 AM until time of service at 12 Noon at Copeland’s Coraopolis, 867 Fifth Ave., with Rev. Dr. Thomas Petrosky, officiating. Burial will follow in Coraopolis Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, family suggests continuing his love for animals with a donation in his name to the Humane Society.
