Stephen Mihalick

Stephen Mihalick,79, of Moon Township, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, July 28, 2024, at Aultman Alliance Hospital, Alliance, OH. He is survived by his beloved wife of 52 years to Jeanne (Gazda) Mihalick. Steve was born in Canonsburg, PA on May 23, 1945, to the late Steve and Assunta (Goblick) Mihalick. He was the loving brother of Judy Evans and husband, John and the late Loretta Stark (the late Robert); well-loved brother-in-law to David Gazda (Edie Richards); proud uncle of Dr. Robert Stark, Valerie Stark, Sherri Stark, Dr. Dana Evans, Dr. John Evans, Marissa McQuiston, and Evan Gazda; also, many great nieces and nephews. Stephen was Systems Director of Dietetics for the Heritage Valley Health Systems. He served in the United States Army in Germany for 2 years. A real outdoorsman, Steve enjoyed hunting, golfing, boating, and fishing. He and Jeanne loved Lake Berlin and would host family and friends. He was very much a people person, loved conversation and brought out the best in people. He was a member of St. Margaret Mary Church. Visitation Friday (Aug. 2nd) 2-4, 6-8 at Copeland’s Moon Township, 981 Brodhead Rd. where prayers will be recited on Saturday (Aug. 3rd) at 9:30 AM followed by Mass at 10 AM at Most Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish, St. Margaret Mary Church.  In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
