Obituary
Scott E. Rosemeier, 60, a resident of Hopewell for the past 5 years, formerly of Imperial, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, May 15, 20223 at UPMC Mercy. Scott was born on May 24, 1962, one of two children born to the late John and Elizabeth “Libby” (Belmonte) Rosemeier. He is survived by his beloved wife of 34 years, Margaret (Hines) Rosemeier; loving children Kristina and John Rosemeier; his sister Jessica Robson; and niece Kimberly (Rich) Karl; along with Margaret’s extended family; and last but not least, his furgranddog, Spike the bulldog. He was preceded by his niece Jodi Dawson and was welcomed into heaven by his loving parents, John and Elizabeth “Libby” Rosemeier. On May 28, 2022, he retired from the Department of Transportation after 26 years. He also was a member of Beaver Valley Rifle and Pistol Club. Scott’s wishes were to have no visitation or service. The family suggests doing a kind deed for one another.
