Sandy L. (Jampetro) Searfoss

Sandy L. (Jampetro) Searfoss, 79, a life-long resident of Coraopolis, passed away at Allegheny General Hospital on Thursday, May 15, 2025. Sandy was born in Sewickley on February 18, 1946, daughter of the late Samuel and Anna Jampetro. Beloved wife for 29 years to David D. Searfoss; loving stepmother of Michelle Searfoss and Melanie (Lonnie) Auten; cherished stepgrandmother of Colin Smith; sister of Nancy (Doug) Turner, John Jampetro, and the late Lou (surviving spouse Jan) and the late Samuel Jampetro; also, several nieces, nephews; and her pet dog Petunia, a Daniff. During high school, Sandy fostered her interest in cosmetology at Parkway. She went on to become a licensed cosmetician and hair stylist and worked at the Beau Geste Hair Salon. She enjoyed being around people and just socializing. If you knew Sandy, you knew she loved dogs. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations in her name to Beaver County Humane Society.
