Salvatore Scialabba

Salvatore V. Scialabba Jr. 95, of Moon Township, passed away peacefully on October 8, 2020 surrounded by his loving family. Born in Pittsburgh on March 12, 1925, he was the son of the late Salvatore and Virginia Scialabba. He was an amazingly talented artist who was self-taught. He enjoyed cars and was a member of St. Margaret Mary. Sal had the most caring, biggest heart and adored his family above all, especially his sister, Mamie. He will be dearly missed.

Sal is survived by his beloved sister Mamie Goss, nephews Kevin Goss (Michele) and Stephen Goss (Donna); great-nieces and nephews Rachel Goss, Skyler Goss, Shawn Connor (Debbie), and Taylor Czarnecki; and great-great nephews Dakota Czarnecki and Merik Connor.

Visitation will be held on Sunday October 11 at Copeland’s Coraopolis, 867 Fifth Ave, from 11 AM to 3 PM. Mass will be held on Monday at St. Margaret Mary, 1 Parish Pl Moon Twp, at 1:30 PM. Please meet at church. Burial will follow in Christ Our Redeemer Catholic Cemetery.
