Robert E. Manson

Robert E. Manson, 77 of Bell Acres passed on Saturday May 26, 2018. Born November 28, 1940 in Imperial, PA, son of the late Gene and Opal (McIlhanney) Manson; Beloved husband of Rita (Scimio) Manson; Beloved uncle who was more of a father to James (Diane) Manson, Mark (Joan) Manson and Lisa (Blaine) Sarver; step father of Michele (Eric) Wetter, Donna (John) Venglass, Mike (Patricia) Scimio and Thomas (Linda) Scimio; grandfather of 15; great grandfather of 18; great-great grandfather of 1; brother of Gerald Manson and the late William Manson and Shirley Rugani. Bob was a proud Vietnam Veteran serving in the army, he was a welder for Fisher Controls, a member of Good Samaritan Parish in Ambridge, the American Legion Post #945. Bob was a kind soul to everyone. Visitation Thursday 2-4 & 6-8 PM Copeland’s Coraopolis 867 Fifth Ave. where a Blessing service will be held Friday at 12:00 PM in the funeral home. Interment to follow at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies with full military honors.
