Peter C. Fick, Jr. “Pete”, somewhat of a legend and a character and the guy that was always there for a friend. He was born in Ohio Valley Hospital on March 16, 1943 and passed at the same hospital, Heritage Valley Kennedy PA on Wednesday, March 3, 2021. Pete was a young 77, spending his formative years in Sheraden, graduating from Langley High School in 1962. After Graduation Pete attended the Pittsburgh Beauty Academy and began his very successful career in hair styling. He became the proud owner of Ladies and Gentlemen’s West in Moon Township, carving a new frontier for co-ed salons. In 1987, Pete changed professions and worked at U.S. Air until 2004. Never one to retire and always loved to be social. He worked part-time for Diehl Automotive in Moon Township. He was a devoted Steelers Fan and season ticket holder. Pete had a love and respect for the outdoors. He enjoyed hunting with his sons and friends at his camp. He welcomed the challenge of working out daily at his local gym. Pete’s dream came true when he and Jeanne made their home on the water his beloved Neville Island, where he could boat and enjoy freely its peace. Pete is survived by his beloved wife Jeanne Lucas Fick; his son Chris Fick (Sharon); brother Mike Fick (Sue); grandchildren Natalie, CJ, Emily, and Hannah; and 3 great grandchildren. In addition to his parents Peter and Lillie Mae (Barley) Fick; Pete was preceded in death by his son Peter C. Fick III (Petie) and his sister Susan Fick.
