After graduation, she began her career in 1981 at Canon Hill Veterinary Hospital and in 1993, moved to Moon Veterinary Hospital until her recent retirement. Penny had a kind word for all her clients, especially the furry ones. Her interests most recently centered around aroma therapy, holistic medical practices and Reiki. She also enjoyed boating. Penny will be missed. It was best said by her friends/family at Moon Vet, “Penny was a member of our staff for many years and a long-time friend for even longer. She was truly a kindred spirit and our hearts are broken with her passing. God speed as you pass through to the other side Pen. We love you” A memorial service is being planned later when restrictions of COVID-19 are lifted. Arrangements by Copeland’s.
