Patricia Louise Yeager; "She came, she tried, she died" Patricia was called home by her Lord and Savior early Christmas morning, December 25th 2024. Born July 4, 1939 in Windber, PA to the late Charles and Lula (McVicker) Carolus. Pat was preceded in death by 11 brothers and sisters. Pat met and married the late Ronald Z. Yeager in 1957. Together they shared a love story for 66 years. They eventually relocated to the Pittsburgh area where they raised their family. Pat was a loving and devoted mother to her 3 children: Lauren (Mark) Schukart, David Yeager (friend Laurie Cohen) and the late Diane (Dr. Steven) Marks. Her absolute pride and joy were her 3 grandchildren: Zachary Schukart, Dr. Jacob (Kenzie) Marks and Abby Marks. Pat had been employed and retired from US Airways reservations. Ron and Pat traveled the world, often taking their kids along on their adventures. Pat will be interred at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies with her beloved Ronald. A generous and compassionate person, Pat supported numerous charities throughout the years. The family requests that if anyone desires, they make a donation to a charity of their choosing. The family extends their sincere gratitude for the extraordinary care given by the staff of Apple Blossom Senior Living and AHN Hospice this past year.
