Oliver "Ollie" Thomas Gagliardi

Oliver "Ollie" Thomas Gagliardi, just shy of his 2nd birthday, passed away peacefully in the arms of his mother, and his family by his side on Thursday May 21, 2026. 

Oliver was the deeply cherished son of Tiffany Couch, and his father, Andrew Gagliardi. Oliver bravely battled Menkes disease, a rare genetic disorder that impacts the body's ability to absorb copper and impacts development and the nervous system. His fighting spirit began long before he entered the world, as he and his mother endured and overcame her cancer diagnosis during pregnancy together. From the womb to his final days, Oliver faced every challenge with incredible resilience and a fighting spirit that inspired everyone around him. He was the beloved grandson of Thomas W. Couch Sr. and Judy Couch, lovingly known to him as "Pappy and Gammy," and Albert and Terry Gagliardi. He was also the treasured nephew of Thomas W. Couch Jr. (Chelsea Sardon), Emily Gagliardi, and Ashly Gagliardi. He joins in heaven his siblings who preceded him in death, Addison and Owen Gagliardi, as well as his special great-uncle, Tim Couch. Friends and family will be received at the R.D. Copeland Funeral Home, Inc., 981 Brodhead Rd, Moon Twp on Tuesday, May 26th from 2--4 pm and 6--9 pm. Interment will be private. Although Oliver's time on earth was entirely too short, the impact he made will last forever. "What is grief, if not love persevering?"
