Norma M. (Mastro) Cicconi; Age 97, a lifelong resident of Coraopolis and Moon Twp passed away on Saturday, December 27th at Asbury Villa’s Norma was the beloved wife for 49 years to the late Bernard J. Cicconi. Mother of Linda Cicconi (Robert Jones), Rosemary Miller (Jeff) and the late Barbara Sharenko (surviving spouse Paul). Sister of the late Virginia Bufalini and Victor Mastro. Grandmother of Kelly Ward (Matt), Julie Hruby (Dave), Amy Speeckaert (Edward), Melissa McDonough, Cory Jones (James Kifer), Makayla Miller and Benjamin Miller. Great-grandmother of Madeline, Lillian, Henry, Charlotte, Lukas, Sam, Ava, Alexandra, Max and the late Riley. Great-great grandmother of Julian and Armani. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Norma enjoyed cooking, gardening, dancing, traveling and taking bus trips. Along with her husband they volunteered delivering Meals on Wheels in the area. She also was a member of an exclusive club for over 75 years known as the “Chit-Chat” Club. Comprised of Classmates from high school, they would often gather together to have a meal and socialize even in their latter years. Friends will be received at the R.D. Copeland Funeral Home, 981 Brodhead Road on Friday, January 2nd from 1 – 6 pm. A prayer will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, January 3rd at 9:15 am followed by Mass of Christian Burial at St. Joseph Church at 10 am. Interment will follow at the Resurrection Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
