Mary Jo (Terensky) Hankey

 Mary Jo Hankey, 81, of Coraopolis, formerly of McKees Rocks, passed away peacefully at her home with her loving family by her side. Born in Italy on July 23, 1944, Mary Jo was the cherished daughter of the late Stephen and Josephine (Mazza) Terensky.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Steve Terensky. Beloved wife for 54 years to Ernest Hankey; loving mother of Ernie Hankey, Jennifer (Ken) Keegan and JoAnna Hankey; adored Nana of McKenna and Kylee Keegan. Mary Jo was a member of Arch Angel Gabriel Parish, St. John of God Church. She graduated from St. Mary’s High School, class of 1963. She loved to play Bingo, the slot machines, the PA Lottery and watching cooking shows. But most of all, she loved spending time with her granddaughters. All services are private.
