Marvin Douglas Fleeger

Marvin Douglas Fleeger, 65, of Center, formerly of Hopewell, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 16, 2021, at Good Samaritan Hospice at Heritage Valley Beaver.  Doug was born in Sewickley on Nov. 17, 1955, one of two sons to the late Marvin O. and Genevieve (Wallace) Fleeger. Doug was a 1973 graduate of New Horizons. For over 25 years, he worked at Giant Eagle in Aliquippa. Doug was an easy conversationalist, enjoyed people, had a profound sense of humor and at times was brutally honest. He is survived by his brother Kevin and wife Judy Fleeger; nieces Heather and husband Andy Heidloff and Kelsey and husband David Geiger; great nieces and nephew Rylan, Remy, Reese, and Louie; and Cousin Roberta Campbell and family; along with many friends whom he loved. Visitation Thursday 6-8 at Copeland’s Moon Township, 981 Brodhead Rd. where service will be held at 10 AM on Friday. Entombment will follow at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park.
