Kathleen Etters
Born April 2, 1944 – March 8, 2023
Kathleen “Kathy” Etters, 78, of Coraopolis, PA, passed away, Wednesday morning, March 8, 2023, with her daughter, Kelley, at her side. Kathy was one of seven children born to the late Frank and Betty Bolea. Wife of the late Thomas R. Etters, Sr.
Kathy is survived by her three children Thomas R. Etters, Jr., Coraopolis, Kelley M. Lepak, Aliquippa, Timothy M. Etters (Lynn), Aliquippa; four grandchildren Gabriella C. Godby (Ken) of Ambridge, Timothy D. Etters of Crescent Twp., Tayler Cecil and Douglas Cecil both of Aliquippa; two great grandchildren Theodore S. Godby and Sadie Kathleen Godby.
Kathy is survived by her six siblings Anna Marie Bolea, Georgia, Diane & Rick Crawley, North Carolina, Linda Wright, North Carolina, Louise Yost, Raccoon Twp., Frank & Georgia Bolea, Hopewell Twp., Luci Ann Bolea, Coraopolis; numerous nieces and nephews.
Kathy was a member of VFW Auxiliary #2754 in West View. Kathy “Mom” was always full of life, she was a loving, caring wife, mother, Maw-Maw, sister, daughter and Nunie.
Kathy was a one of a kind mom, always packing us kids up to take us on adventures, the mom who took us to Rock Concerts. She loved going camping with family and her dearest friends Ronald and Emily McManus. She was an avid Bingo Player.
Kathy’s greatest joys were her grandchildren and great grandchildren, always singing with them, “You Are My Sunshine”!
Kathy will be deeply missed by her family and friends, please take this sad time and remember our Mom, celebrate her memory, think of the impact she made to your life.
Visitation Saturday 2-4 and 6-8 at Copeland’s Coraopolis, 867 Fifth Ave. A Blessing Service will take place on Saturday at 2 PM before the commencing of visitation.
The family would like to thank the Doctor’s and Nurses in the CCU at Heritage Valley Sewickley that cared for our Mom.
