Kathleen (Steele) Batdorf

Kathleen Batdorf, age 75, of Coraopolis, passed away on Saturday, April 25, 2026. Loving wife of Eugene V. Batdorf; mother of Victoria Thibodeau; mother-in-law of Shawn Thibodeau; grandmother of Eileen Elizabeth Thibodeau and Shawn Thomas Thibodeau of Sewickley. She was also survived by her faithful canine companion, Paizlee. Kathy was raised in New Brighton, PA and graduated form Our Lady of Sacred Heart Academy, Coraopolis, PA in 1968. She attended Caldwell University in Caldwell, NJ. Kathy was preceded in death by her dear brother Thomas Steele. A loving grandmother, she delighted in her family and loved spending summers with them at their family home in Canadohta Lake, PA. Services were held privately at the convenience of the family. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations in Kathy’s name to Paws Across Pittsburgh Animal Rescue, 413 E. 6th Ave, Tarentum, PA 15084.  Arrangements entrusted to R. D. Copeland, Ltd., Coraopolis, PA.
