Judith Cercone Obituary

Judith Cercone, age 87 of Moon Township and Neville Island passed away on Wednesday, December 3, 2025. She was born on December 26, 1937, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Kenneth Stonehouse and Katherine Crowley Stonehouse, a beloved wife to the late Gilbert (Guy)Cercone,

A loving mother to David and Christine Wallace of Scottsdale Arizona, Jeffrey Wallace of Moon Township and Jesse DiPiero Oakdale, PA, and the late Kathy Lee Knoder of Pittsburgh, she has seven grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Judy was a true entrepreneur starting her two floral gift stores known as Judy‘s Curiosity Shop, one was in Lenzers Mall on Mill Street in Coraopolis, and the other one was in the Parkway center mall.  A truly talented floral designer, that sold numerous floral arrangements that she created, even to some of the Pittsburgh Steelers, she and her husband Gilbert (Guy) Cercone owned and operated the Neville Motel for many many years. She took care of everyone that needed help. Her kitchen was always open for the hungry. She was always smiling ... known as grandma to everyone, and now with a sad heart, we have to say goodbye with tears in our eyes ..It’s time to go fly with the angel’s mom ... you deserve to be pain free ...  You’ll be dearly missed by everyone. Rest in peace. Arrangements entrusted to R. D. Copeland, Ltd.
