John C. Teleha, 80, passed away on July 12, 2020 and Nancy R. Teleha, 79, passed away on July 16, 2020 at West Hills Health and Rehab. John and Nancy attended Aliquippa High School together. John graduated in the class of 1958 and Nancy graduated in the class of 1959. John and Nancy married on June 23, 1962 and shared 58 beautiful years of marriage together. Nancy worked as an x-ray technician before being a full-time mother. John went on to obtain his BS in Industrial Engineering from Geneva College in 1973 while working. His career in steel began at J&L, American Bridge and US Steel. He finished his career at USAirways. John and Nancy were the perfect team. They were abundant in their love, faith, kindness, strength and hospitality. They opened their hearts and home to lavish others as the hands and feet of Jesus. Always finding the moment to provide encouragement to find joy in life. John was an outdoorsman and enjoyed hunting and swimming. He also enjoyed picking blackberries. Nancy would use them to bake delicious pies. Nancy loved sewing, painting, cooking and baking. She was famous for her lady locks and Hungarian goulash, which were both her mother’s recipes.

John and Nancy are the loving parents of John (Michelle) Teleha Jr. of Florence, KY, Thomas Teleha HMC (SS/FMF) USN Ret. Of 29 Palms, CA, Jennifer (Joe) Daugherty of Crescent, PA, and Linda (Jerry) Gaul of Barrington, IL, beloved grandparents of Ashley (Justin) Bruce, Anna Teleha, LCpl USMC, Jacob Teleha, Chelsee (Lee) Teleha, Emma Daugherty, Claire Daugherty, Alexander Gaul, Hunter Gaul, Joshua (Amber) McHugh, and Joseph (Brandy) McHugh and cherished great-grandparents of Novalee, Gavin, Preslee and Aubrey. John and Nancy were preceded in death by their beloved son Jeffrey Alan Teleha in 1970 and daughters-in-law Glenda Teleha and Connie Teleha. John is survived by his siblings Mike (Toni) Teleha, Dottie (Bob) Hart and Joyce (Ned) DiBenedetto. He was preceded in death by his parents Catherine and Michael Stanley Teleha. Nancy is survived by her siblings Bill (Anne) Richards, Jack (Loretta) Richards, and Dan (Marta) Richards. She was preceded in death by her parents Anna Marie and Thomas Patrick Richards and siblings Tom Richards, Eileen DiGiovine and Merry Ann Kanfoush.

Visitation will be on Sunday July 19 from 3 – 6 PM at Copeland’s Moon Township, 981 Brodhead Rd, where prayers will be recited on Monday at 9:30 AM. John and Nancy’s Funeral Mass will be held at St. Margaret Mary on Monday at 10 AM. Interment will follow in Resurrection Cemetery.

The family would like to thank the nurses, aides, and staff at West Hills for their kindness, compassion, and loving care.
