Maxeiner, Joan R.; Age 79, Born in Kittanning, PA, passed away on Thursday, August 26, 2021. Daughter of the late Paul and Mari Jo Ondo. Beloved mother of John V. (Brenda) Maxeiner, Jr., Jennifer L. Maxeiner, Melissa A. Maxeiner, Michael D. (Cindie) Maxeiner. Sister of Paul E. Ondo, Sr., Jeannie Burroughs, Jacqueline Ondo, Jocelyn Ondo, the late Joyce Carlesi and Janet Flores. Grandmother of Sara, Jacob, Joshua, Joseph and Samantha. Great-grandmother of Adelyn, Kyra and Brock. Joan enjoyed painting, crocheting and also reading throughout her life. Friends received Monday 4 – 8 pm at Copeland’s, 981 Brodhead Road, Moon Township. Funeral prayer on Tuesday at 9:15 am at the funeral home followed by Funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, Coraopolis at 10 AM.
