James A. Divis

James A. Divis, age 86, of Moon Township, passed away on Tuesday, March 11, 2025. Born in Chicago to the late William and Blanche (Brothanek) Divis. Beloved husband of the late Roseann Vislay-Divis; he is survived by his loving son William B. Divis and his two adoring cats Stella and Grace and dear cousin Tom Conforti who was as much as a friend as family, James was a proud retired U. S. Naval officer who was a veteran of the Vietnam War. After his Naval service he worked for the Mayflower Hotel and U. S. Airways in executive management/administration. He was kind and caring, known for his volunteering within the local community.  Friends will be received at R. D. Copeland, Inc., 981 Brodhead Rd., Moon Township on Sunday from 2 pm until the time of service at 4 pm.
