Jacquelin "Jacki" P. (Goodnight) Barkley

Jacquelin P. (Goodnight) Barkley, 80, a Coraopolis resident most of her life, passed away peacefully at her home on Monday, April 20, 2026. She was born in Sewickley on July 24, 1945, one of six children to the late Alonzo R. and Mildred (Fisher) Goodnight.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers Alonzo Goodnight, Jr., Ward Goodnight and Gary Goodnight. Jacki is survived by her sisters Zera Young of Fair Okas, PA and Adeline Wynn of Coraopolis, PA; her sister-in-law Lorenda Goodnight of Pittsburgh, PA; also, many nieces and nephews. Jacki was recognized as a hard worker, retiring in 2002 after 30 years with Verizon.  Jacki grew up in an era where people still attended dances. She would round up her brothers and classmates, they would walk to the dance, usually held at the YMCA or VFW. They would have a blast as they danced and had fun! She also enjoyed watching TV.
