Gloria E. (Chini) Batiste

Gloria E. (Chini) Batiste, age 92, passed away peacefully on Saturday October 12, 2024. Gloria was preceded in death by her parents Fedele & Rose Chini, Her beloved husbands Pat Batiste and Robert Lang.  Gloria was blessed with her daughters Patricia (Bob) Wagner, Michele (John) Vidovich and Sharon (Jeffrey) Hughes.  Loving Grandmother to Leah (Tyler) House, Derek (Bridget) Kwiatkowski, Tyler Brown and Ashley (DJ) Brown.  Great grandmother to Austin, Averi, Owen and Christopher.  Sister of Dorothy Garofalo as well as many nieces and nephews.  Gloria loved spending time with her family and friends.   Gloria enjoyed working in the gown and fur department at Hornes Department Store and as a key punch operator at Beecham. She was always the life of the party and a true joy to be around, she will be dearly missed by all. Friends received on Wednesday, October 16th from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm at R.D. Copeland Funeral Home, Inc. at 981 Brodhead Road Moon Township Pa.  Funeral Prayer will be held on Thursday at 9:45 am followed by a Funeral Mass at St. Joseph Church Fifth Avenue Coraopolis PA at 10:30 am.  In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her honor to the Alzheimer Association.
