George E. Hartman, Jr.

George E. Hartman Jr., age 43, of Moon Twp., passed away at home on Saturday September 14, 2024, surrounded by loving family.

Beloved Dad of Eric and Ethan. Son of Patricia A. (Goedert) Hartman and George E. Hartman Sr. Brother of Jessica Moore and Brenda Hasse and her husband Andrew. Uncle of Penelope Moore and Josie Hasse.  Grandson of Martha Goedert. In addition to his family, George is survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins, and many, many friends.

George will be remembered for his endless energy and love of life, and for being an extraordinary father to his sons. He was their coach, mentor and biggest fan.

George’s family invites his hockey family to wear their team jerseys in his honor.

Friends will be received at the R.D. Copeland Funeral Home, 981 Brodhead Road, Moon Twp.  Sunday and Monday, September 22nd and 23rd from 2-8 PM.  A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 24 at 10 AM. Interment will be private.
