Frank A. Marchelletta III

Frank A. Marchelletta III, Age 67 of Coraopolis formerly of Dunbar PA, passed away on Wednesday, May, 29, 2024. Born in Pittsburgh on July 21, 1956 a son of the late Frank A. and Marie JoAnn Nativio Marchelletta. He was well loved and is survived by beloved daughter Carol Marchelletta Smith and her husband Richard Smith, as well as beloved daughter Natalie Marie Marchelletta all of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by sister Pauline Donato and her husband Tony Donato of Connellsville as well as many nieces and nephews. 

Frank was an avid athlete growing up excelling on the wrestling team in high school and even earning a birth in the state championships his senior year achieving 13 consecutive pins. He also was a member of the Latin club and Chess Club in high school. He went on to attend Waynesburg College on a wrestling scholarship majoring in accounting. Along with his career as an accountant, Frank enjoyed bike riding and especially animals. Visitation will be held at the R.D. Copeland Funeral Home, 867 Fifth Avenue, Coraopolis, on Thursday, June 6th from 4 - 7PM with a Prayer Service immediately following.
