Eileen Marie (McLaughlin) Rathgeb

Eileen Marie Rathgeb, 87, of Coraopolis, PA went to be with God on Friday January 9, 2026 at Caring Heights Skilled Nursing in Coraopolis, PA. She was born on July 26, 1938, in North Irwin, PA. A daughter of the late Owen McLaughlin and Beatrice (Rodman) McLaughlin. Dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Talented artist and painter who always wanted to give a handmade gift to those she knew. Known for her quick wit and sense of humor, she never missed an opportunity to tell a joke to make someone laugh. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a son, David Rathgeb and her husband Raymond A Rathgeb. She is survived by her four children; Daniel Rathgeb of Penn, Donna Johnson and her husband Robert of Crescent Twp., Darrin Rathgeb and his wife Erica of Harrison City, and Debra Rathgeb-Villamayor and her husband Den of Old Bridge, NJ, three grandchildren, Nathan Michael Rathgeb (Priscilla), Kaylee Annmarie Johnson and Riley James Rathgeb, a sister Loretta McLaughlin of Irwin and numerous nieces and nephews.

Friends received at R. D. Copeland, Ltd., Funeral Home 867 5th Avenue Coraopolis, PA 15108 on Saturday, January 24, 2026, from 11 – 1 pm. A Blessing Service will follow at 1 pm.
