Dr. Paul Edmond Dornin

Dr. Paul Edmond Dornin passed away peacefully, March 1, 2023 at the age of 87. Paul was the son of the late Paul W. Dornin and Melva (Dougherty) Dornin. 

Dr. Paul Dornin is survived by his loving wife of 62 years, Verna (Pauley) Dornin and his four children; Vincent P. Dornin, Andrea M. (Dan) Dornin Luther, Timothy M. (Michael Ann Smith) Dornin and Michael J. (Magdalena) Dornin along with eight grandchildren;  Taylor (Dornin) Lamolli and Matt Lamolli, Matthew, Casey, Grace (Kellar), Gannon, Meagan (Kellar), Adam, Lukas and two great grandchildren; Naomi and Zara (Lamolli).

Paul attended St. James High School in Pittsburgh, PA and was a graduate of Duquesne University and The University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine in 1961.  He served as a lieutenant in the United States Navy, stationed in Paris Island, SC as a Navy dentist.  He moved to Moon Township, PA to reside and start his private dental practice of 42 years.

Paul was an avid outdoorsman.  He loved nothing more than to spend time with his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Please join the family to celebrate a Funeral Mass on Saturday at 10 am in St. Margaret Mary Church, Moon Township. Everyone please meet at church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to: the West Hills Food Pantry or St. Vincent DePaul Society. Arrangements entrusted to R. D. Copeland, Inc., Moon Township.
