David Vincent Joos, a resident of Coraopolis, passed away peacefully on Saturday, July 14, 2018 at Caring Heights, at the age of 64. David was born in McKees Rocks, PA on August 13, 1953, one of 9 children to the late Peter Vincent and Beatrice Theresa (Cholko) Joos. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his oldest sister, Jeanne Chappel. David, a graduate of West Allegheny High School, was employed as an auto mechanic and enjoyed tinkering around with regular, antique and race cars. Never wanting to say "goodbye" on the phone, David would affectionately say "so long". Beloved brother of Kathryn Anne Crato (Mt. Wolf, PA), Maryellen Burk (Monument, CO), Steven Joseph Joos (Covington, WA), Carol Louise Greco (Crescent, PA), Patricia Lynn Staab (Allison Park, PA), Karen Elizabeth Lytle (Littleton, CO and Michael Charles Joos (Bristow, VA); also many loving nieces and nephews and extended families.
