David P. Johnson

David P. Johnson; Age 73, passed away on Saturday, May 23rd after a short illness. David was born and raised on Neville Island, graduating from Neville High School. Playing on the football and basketball teams. His sports talent enabled him to attain a sports scholarship to RMU. For about 20 years he avidly pursued a musical career. Naturally he was a dedicated fan of the Steelers, Pirates and Pitt Panthers. David was preceded in death by his parents, John F. and Dorothy M. Johnson. He is survived by his brothers, Eric J. (Carol) Johnson and Dr. Ronald C. (Beate) Johnson. Per David's request, there will be no services or visitation. Arrangements entrusted to R.D. Copeland Funeral Home, Coraopolis.
