Constance “Connie” (Bendlock) Pignanelli, 84, a long-time resident of Coraopolis, passed away peacefully with her children present, in the comfort of her home on Monday, March 23, 2020. She was born in Punxsutawney, PA on September 16, 1935, one of five to the late Peter and Elizabeth (Harrick) Bendlock. On July 26, 2002, she was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 46 years to Joseph J. Pignanelli. Loving mother of Palma DePetro (John) and Kim Bradley (Jim); cherished grandmother of Bradley DePetro, Mason DePetro, Garrett Weber and Morgan Jo Weber; well-loved sister of William Bendlock, Shirley Fleeger (Ronald) and the late Robert Bendlock and Sandra Ratkovich. Connie enjoyed card club with the neighborhood ladies, bowling and crafts. But most of all, Connie loved her family and spent every moment she could with them. She will be greatly missed by all of them. Visitation and Service will be private due to the Corona Virus. Arrangements by Copeland’s. Connie’s family would like to thank Emerald Health Care for their loving care for the past two years, Stacy her caregiver that became her friend and the last two and half weeks under the care and support of Bethany Hospice.
