Charles D Fields

It is with great sadness that we share that Charles “Chaz” D. Fields passed peacefully at his home on Saturday, March 21, 2020.  Chaz was born on July 1, 1953 in Washington, PA to Josephine Roberta (Fair) of Washington, PA and the late Harry Edward Fields. Chaz is survived by the love of his life, Nancy (Iacobucci) Fields. They were married for 31 years and had planned to travel during retirement. In addition to his wife and mother, he is survived by his brothers Rich (Stevie) Fields of Hemet, CA and Paul (Carrie) Fields of Center Township; two children from a previous marriage Christopher Douglas and Tara Lindsey; also loving nieces and nephews; and his beloved rescue dog Maddie. Chaz graduated from Moon Area High School. For over 42 years, he worked in Fleet Services for US Airways (now American Airlines). He was a member of the Buck Tail Sportsman’s Club in Beaver and enjoyed both hunting and fishing. He was also somewhat of a car buff and took pride in his Chevy Chevelle and his Blue Panel Truck. A private committal will be held at Resurrection Cemetery. Arrangements by Copeland’s. The family would like to thank Gallagher Hospice for their kind and supportive care.
