Carol D. Schoemer

Carol D. Schoemer; Age 73, of Robinson Twp, passed away on Monday, October 27, 2025. Beloved wife of 52 years to Ralph C. Schoemer. Mother of  Geoffrey (Diane) Schoemer and Erik Schoemer. Sister of Frank (Elizabeth) Stasenko. Grandmother of Gabrielle and Ryan Schoemer. Also survived by many beloved family members and friends including her niece Laura Huggins and  sister-in-law Dr. Pamela Schoemer. Carol was a proud Penn State graduate in 1973 where she met her beloved Ralph. She spent her career as an educator and further enjoyed the outreach working with youth at the Carnegie Science Center. In her spare time, she often could be found  reading, baking and crocheting and loved  sharing her creations. A memorial visitation will be held at the R.D. Copeland Funeral Home, Inc., 981 Brodhead Road, Moon Twp on Saturday, November 15th from 11am – until time of Memorial Service at 1pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Carol’s name can be made to WQED.
