Bruno Crapis

Bruno Crapis, age 84, of Sewickley passed away on Sunday, December 21, 2025. He was born in Gizzeria, Calabria, Italy on January 5, 1941, the son of the late Tommaso and Maria Aiello Crapis. Beloved husband of 57 years of Lea (Villella) Crapis; loving father of Mary, Sandra, Josephine (Rich) Kantenwein, and Tomasina (Troy) Breth; dear grandfather of Carmela and Luciana Breth and the late Mia Breth; brother of the late Josephine (Bruno) Mastroianni, Maria Giuseppe (Serafino) Mastroianni. Bruno owned and operated Oriol’s Tailor and Tuxedo Shop in Ambridge for 50 years, retiring in 2020. In his retirement, he enjoyed gardening, reading, and relaxing on the porch, where he talked to his friends and neighbors. Friends received on Friday from 1 – 3 & 6 – 8 pm at R. D. Copeland, Ltd., Irvine Chapel, 72 Beaver Street, Sewickley, PA where a Funeral Prayer will be held on Saturday at 10 am followed by a Funeral Mass in St. James Church, Sewickley.
