Bobbi Lynn (Morris) Spencer

Bobbi Lynn (Morris) Spencer, 61, a young life taken too soon on Wednesday, May 26, 2021, from UPMC Presbyterian University Hospital. Bobbi Lynn was born in Sewickley, PA on September 12, 1959, to the late Roosevelt and Martha (Archie) Morris, Jr. She grew up in Coraopolis and was a graduate of Cornell High School, Class of 1977 where she excelled and lettered in track, also a member of PA Striders. Bobbi Lynn was a medical assistant at Allegheny Valley School and a beautician working alongside the late Christine Shaw. Bobbi was a devoted member of Living Waters Church in Christ. Her residence had changed over the years including California for 10 years and Sewickley/Coraopolis area. During her short years, Bobbi Lynn touched many lives. She was a people person who had a distinctive laugh that always bubbled through. She was always supportive of a lousy joke teller which was kind of funny! She was always cooking and would spoil Rodney with fried chicken, scalloped potatoes, and salad. She is survived by former spouse of Darryl Spencer, Sr.; beloved mother of Rodney spencer and Chasity Spencer; bonus daughters Miyah Beasley and Delphine Giles; proud grandmother of 13; cherished sister of Richard Bryant (Debra), Retha Morris Wiley, Yvonne Morris, and Rev. Yvette Taylor (Chuck); also loved by a host of nieces and nephews and cousins. Bobbi Lynn tragically lost her beloved son Darryl Spencer, Jr. and was an active participant in Mother’s of Victims of Violent Crime. Please join us as we celebrate her life with visitation Tuesday (June 1) from 2-4, 6-8 at Copeland’s Coraopolis 867 Fifth Ave. where service will be held on Wednesday (June 2) at 11 AM. Rev.
