Blaine H. Morrison

Blaine H. Morrison, 91 of Crescent passed on Wednesday, March 27, 2019. Born August 24, 1927 in Sewickley, son of the late Blaine and Leona Golden (Harvey) Ord. Husband of 64 yrs. to the late Joan (McIntosh) Morrison. In addition to his parents and his spouse, he was preceded in death by his brothers Kenneth W. and Roger “Skippy” Morrison. Father of Kathy A. (Jim) Horvath and Robert (Barbara) Morrison, both of Crescent. Also survived by loving grandchildren/ great grandchildren: Jessica (Joe), Andrew, Katie, Robbie, Dakota, Alex and Gage; brother of Dolores E. Morrison of Wireton, brother-in-law Peggy Morrison of Moon Township, Margie Morrison of Zephyr Hills, FL and Charles R. McIntosh of Aliquippa; also many nieces and nephews. Blaine was a member of New Bethlehem Presbyterian Church, F & AM Lodge #674, VFW Post 402, life-time member of the Crescent VFD, and served in the U.S. Navy during WWII. Viewing Friday 2-4 & 6-9 PM (Fraternal Service VFW Post 402 at 7 PM and F & AM Lodge #674 at Copeland's Moon Twp., 981 Brodhead Road. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 11 AM at New Bethlehem UP Church with Rev. Randall Clow officiating along with Crescent Volunteer Fire Department participation and Full Military Honors. Interment will be private at Sylvania Hills Memorial Park, Rochester.
