Beatrice M. (Falvo) Scalercio

Beatrice M. Scalercio (Falvo), 92, of Sewickley, passed away on May 25, 2024, and was reunited with her husband John R. Scalercio, and daughter Theresa Diane Scalercio, who preceded her in death. Beatrice leaves behind two children, Dr. John J. (Cyndie) Scalercio, of Viera, FL, and Margaret Scalercio of Sewickley, PA., along with four grandchildren, Trevor (Rachel) Scalercio of Raleigh, NC, Ashley (Jeremy) Sheffey of Viera, FL, Dr. Jon-Michael of Viera, FL, and Dr. Bethany (Michael) Kurina-Marek of Sewickley, PA. Born April 26, 1932, daughter of the late Serafino Falvo and Rosario Torchia, sister to Elizabeth Falvo, Carmela Amasi, Rose Ianni, Virginia Wiley, and Theresa Apicella. A member of St. James Church in Sewickley, PA, Beatrice devoted her life to caring for and pleasing her family. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 6 - 8 pm at RD Copeland LTD.-Irvine Chapel, 702 Beaver St., Sewickley, where a funeral prayer will be held on Thursday at 10 am, followed by a mass of Christian Burial in St. James Church at 10:30 am. Interment will be in St. James Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family suggest donations be made to the Good Samaritan Hospice.
