Barry Garfield Dye

Barry Garfield Dye was born on December 29, 1961, at Sewickley Hospital. He was the son of the late Ernest Dye and Barbara Bush.

Barry was 63 when he was taken to Heaven on the wings of an angel on Thursday June 26, 2025, from Kane Hospital in Pittsburgh. He was preceded in death by his sister Jamie Dye and nephew Donovan Wilburn.

He was the loving brother of Marlon Dye Sr. He leaves behind his nephew Marlon Dye Jr and his niece Barbara Dye; great nephews Kendell McCray, Jr. and Sirrell Burton; a host of cousins and friends.

Barry served in the U.S. Army and was a former member of Who So Ever Wills Mission. He was a movie buff of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and loved  watching Marvel, Adventure, and Comic Book Action Figures. He loved his family and was extremely protective of his family.
