April Ann (Fitzgerald) Smith

April Ann (Fitzgerald) Smith was called home on May 22, 2020 at the age of 50. Born on April 30, 1970, she was the daughter of Louis Fitzgerald, and the late Marlene and Ronald Tucker. She worked as a bartender and had a great passion for music. April had a bubbly personality that would always light up the room and was always optimistic and open-hearted. Always putting her family and her grandchildren before all. April will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

April is survived by her loving husband James S. Smith, beloved children Stephen Lamar Fitzgerald and Cierra Nicole Fitzgerald, cherished grandchildren Julius, Julian, Marcus Jr., and Adrian (and some grandchildren on the way), her father Louis Fitzgerald, brothers Louis Fitzgerald, Scott Fitzgerald, Timothy Fitzgerald, Arthur Tucker, her sister Angela Tucker. As well with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her mother and father Marlene and Ronald Tucker, and her sister Marlene Fitzgerald.

Visitation and service will be held privately at Copeland’s Coraopolis (412) 264 – 1390.
