Anna Mae Maxin

(August 28, 1944 – September 14, 2020)

Anna Mae Maxin, beloved mother of seven and stepmother of four, proud grandmother of an abundance of grandchildren, passed away suddenly on the morning of September 14, 2020. Though Anna Mae made her home in West Palm Beach, Florida in recent years, she was a longtime resident of Moon Township, Pennsylvania.

Anna Mae Maxin is preceded in death by her mother, Pearl J. Kirk, husband, Carl S. Maxin, daughter, Cathy Machaj, stepson, Carl Maxin, Jr., sister, Patricia Conte and first husband, Henry Machaj, Sr.

She leaves behind children Sandy DeVincentis (John), Louis Maxin (Kate), Scott Maxin (Lori), Jackie Hibbs, Henry Machaj (Mary), Bill Machaj, Carrie Coyne (Keith), Wendy Jones, and Randy Maxin (Rick) and Kristin Machaj (Dan). Anna Mae  also leaves behind her much beloved sister, Georgia Radut, and treasured niece, Renee Radut.

Our mother was deeply loved by so many that often referred to her as their second mother. She will be greatly missed.

Visitation: Tuesday, September 22, Copeland Funeral Home, Moon Township, 2:00pm – 4:00pm and 6:00pm – 8:00pm.

Service: Wednesday, September 23, St. Joseph RC Church, Coraopolis, 10:00 am. Entombment at Resurrection Cemetery.
