Robert “Bobby”Fowler, Jr. proudly served his country as a United States Marine during the Vietnam War. Bobby passed away at Heritage Valley Beaver on Sunday, November 12, 2017, at the age of 67. Bobby, born on June 18, 1950 in Philipsburg, PA, he was one of three to Margaret (Botwright) Fowler of Philipsburg and the late Robert Fowler, Sr. Beloved husband for 24 years to Jill (Lubinski) Fowler; loving father of Gwen Crowe of Lake City, PA and Neil Fowler USAF retired (Jennifer) of Warrensburg, Missouri; cherished grandfather of Zane, Jacob, and Abigail; brother of Margie and Carl. Retired from the U.S. Postal Service, Bobby was a postal carrier in the Bellevue area. He was a former member of Hopewell VFW. Bobby’s life was all about his family, the military, his Harley, The Pittsburgh Steelers and Carpentry.
