Richard H. Phillips, 69 of McKees Rocks passed on Thursday February 1, 2018. Born January 20, 1949 in Bellevue, PA son of the late Robert and Henrietta (Moore) Phillips, husband of the late Teresa Phillips; father of Jennifer Phillips and son-in-law Eric Halliwell of McKees Rocks, Melanie Phillips and son-in-law Trent Bergmann of Sewickley and Chelsey Phillips and son-in-law Melvin Payne of Clairton; grandfather of Nathan Dicks, Aliyah Plummer, Dayton Bergmann, Ella Mae Plummer, Jaedyn Payne, Kyleigh Halliwell and Malachi Payne; brother of Joseph Phillips of Neville Island and the late Darlene Buchan and Robert Philips. Richard was an auto detailer and a retired Neville Island Fireman and enjoyed boating, fishing and the outdoors. Services are private. Announcement by RD Copeland Ltd. Coraopolis
