Paul Francis Tobin Sr. age 69 of Moon Twp. passed away at his home with his family at his side on Aug. 20, 2017. He was born in Pittsburgh on Oct. 3, 1947 to the late Paula McConnell & Francis Tobin. He was an Air Force Vietnam combat veteran.  Paul graduated from The University of Pittsburgh in August 1974 with a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering and founded PKMJ Technical Services, Inc., where he worked with his family for 35 years. Paul was a member of St. Margaret Mary Church, the VFW, and the American Legion.  Paul was also a licensed private pilot. The highlight of his life was his five children and eight grandkids. He is survived by his wife, Mary Rippole Tobin; 5 children; Paul (Beckie) Tobin, Kevin Tobin, Matt (Julie) Tobin all of Moon Twp., Joe (Lauren) Tobin of Hookstown and Maggie Tobin of Russellville AR, 8 grandchildren; Grace, Sarah, Colby, Matthew, Avery, Allison, Abigail & Jameson Tobin; 4 sisters; Pamella Rippole of Kennedy Twp., Colleen (Jose) Aragon of NM, Mary Ellen (Tim) Herman of FL, Patricia Ann (Darryl) Isaac of FL, and a brother Terry Tobin of FL. Family will receive friends 2-4 & 6-8PM Wed. & Thurs. at the Copeland Moon Twp. Funeral Home, 981 Brodhead Rd. where Prayers will be recited Friday at 9:30AM followed by a 10AM Mass of Christian Burial in St. Margaret Mary Church. Burial in Resurrection Cemetery with Military Honors will follow.
