Kim Renay (Rossi) Davis, a kind, gentle woman, who loved animals, passed away on Monday, July 2, 2018 at her home. Kim was 58. She was born in Sewickley on January 26, 1960, the only child to Kathryn (Asendorf) Rossi of Ellwood City and the late Arthur G. Rossi. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband and soul-mate, Paul E. Davis who she married on August 14, 2010, making their home on Neville Island. Loving mother of Kelli (Aaron) Canonge-Smith, Richard Miller and Robert Miller; proud grandmother of Connor and Crew; devoted pet mom to Pudder, Jasmine and Penny. Kim, dedicated to the healthcare field, had worked as a billing specialist for Alliance Rx Walgreens Prime and other various healthcare positions. Kim was a graduate of Moon Area High School, enjoyed fine dining, fashion and traveling with her husband. A little-known fact was that Kim was hooked on reality TV, Hip-Hop, Jersey Shore and the Kardashians. Kim had a kind heart and would surprise friends and strangers with random acts of kindness. Her passion though, was a love for all animals. She and Paul would support various animal shelters, most recently was the Cat Crawl in Lawrenceville. Even their trip to Puerto Rico landed them at an animal shelter, where they shared their time by walking on the beach with some of the animals. Please support Kim’s passion, if desired, and donate to Animal Friends or donate your time to a local shelter. A memorial service was held at Copeland’s Coraopolis, 867 Fifth Ave. on Saturday at 2 PM with Rev. John Sweitzer, officiating.
