Helen (Robinson) Bosket, passed of a broken heart on Tuesday, July 25, 2017 following her husband of 15 years, Gary Bosket, who passed on June 14, 2017, to her heavenly home from UPMC Presbyterian. Born in the family home in Glenshaw on July 15, 1948, she was one of three daughters born to the late Herschel and Ruth Robinson. She grew up in Glenshaw and graduated in 1966 from Shaler Area High School. Beloved mother of Rachel McMillen (Harry), Michele Stephens and the late James
R. Weaver, Jr.; devoted grandmother of Jessica Stein (Bill), Megan Stephens and Danielle & Kristen Weaver; cherished sister of Linda O’Connor and Beverly Mace. Helen had taken photography classes and specialized in wedding photos, she had a green thumb, and was a creative floral designer. Helen loved to knit, collecting lighthouses, but most of all, she loved her home. She and Gary had moved to Hopewell 4 years ago and they both agreed it was the best thing they had ever done. Helen was a great Mom who made her home open and welcoming to all. She was very loved and will be missed by all her family and friends. There will be no visitation. Arrangements by Copeland’s. if desired, family suggests donations be made in Helen's name to a Women's Shelter.
