Doris Irene (Resosky) Lang

Doris Irene Lang, 93, of Emsworth, PA joined her beloved husband Andrew A. Lang, Sr. and daughter, Teresa Lavery, in eternal life on January 21, 2019.

Survivors include children: Andrew A. Lang, Jr. (Mark Haestings); Nancy Lang, Linda Petley; Gregory Lang; Sherril Weil (Richard); Alan Lang (Margaret); Annette Pace (Wayne); David Lang; Carol Lang, Thomas Lang (Brigette Carman); Jeffrey Lang (Mary Beth); and Mary Jo; son-in-law Bob Lavery; 19 grandchildren, their spouses and 7 great grandchildren.

The eldest of six children of John and Mary Resosky, she was preceded in death by siblings John Resosky, James Resosky, Justine Weil and survived by Pauline Dowling and F. Geraldine Falcione.

For over 50 years, she was an active member of Sacred Heart Church, serving on the Ladies Auxiliary and as a Eucharist Minister. Visitation Friday 3:30 – 7:30 PM at Copeland’s Sewickley, 702 Beaver St. Immediately after visitation everyone is invited to a gathering, place to be announced. On Saturday at 10 AM a Mass will be celebrated at Sacred Heart in Emsworth. Burial will follow at St. Dominic Cemetery, Donora. In lieu of flowers, donations to Choice Pregnancy Center, 527 Fifth Ave., Coraopolis, PA 15108, appreciated.
